Parvesh Minocha leads Feedback Infra Group’s growth initiatives, nurtures nascent businesses, builds strategic client relationships, explores new client segments, and expands Feedback Infra’s footprints across international geographies. As a Executive Vice Chairman , he has been instrumental in guiding all transportation businesses of Feedback Infra group.
Parvesh is an Engineer from NIT Durgapur with an advanced Management & Leadership Program course from Oxford University.
Surajit Raha has an experience of over 27 years across large organisations and has managed profit centres, built and mentored large teams and developed new businesses from ground-up. He started his career with Modi Xerox (Xerox India) where he worked in various sales and marketing roles. He then moved to Mahindra Logistics as a part of the start-up team of this new initiative of the Mahindra Group, subsequently going on to become Vice President & Head of supply chain business. Prior to FHOMT, Surajit worked with Leeway Logistics as a Co-founder Director.
GM – Operations
Vijai Gupta was working as Head Operations at Larsen & Toubro Infrastructure Development Projects ( L&T IDPL) Ltd. He is a management graduate from Melbourne Australia having total work experience of 25 years in operations out of which last 14 years has been in the Operations and Maintenance of Roads Assets. He has been one of the pioneer members of the community who were involved in setting up a professionally managed O&M regime in India.
Before Joining L&TIDPL Vijai has spent 11 in senior positions with Pizza Hut and KFC handling operations at various levels.
Assistant General Manager – Finance & Accounts
Sunil Sharma has over 17 years of experience in finance, accounting, MIS and compliance functions. He was a part of the start-up team of FHOMT and has been responsible for setting up accounting and internal control systems. With his strong commercial and legal acumen and vast experience, Sunil is the go to man for critical contracting and financial risk analysis for FHOMT.
AGM – HCD
Pankaj Pujari leads the HCD team as part of the Corporate Team at FHOMT. He has around 12 years of experience in core HR and has handled diversified roles like Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Industrial Disputes, Statutory Compliances & HR Analytics etc.
Prior to joining Feedback, he worked with companies like Tech Mahindra, Kohler and BRNL as Corporate Business HR.
Regional Manager – North
Naveen Kumar has over 10 years of experience in the highways OMT space and was a part of the core team involved in setting up one of Asia’s biggest toll road operations. As regional manager, Naveen leads our OMT operations in North and Central India. His involvement starts from the pre-mobilization stage of projects. His dynamism and proactive approach has helped FHOMT maintain operational excellence across projects.
Regional Head, South
Anup Santra has a rich experience of over 25 years in Project Monitoring, Execution and Operations and Maintenance in infrastructure industry. He has been actively involved in Project Monitoring, Execution and O&M in the following companies: HC One Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, JMC projects Ltd., Mumbai, DS Construction, Delhi, CES Jacobs, Delhi, Somdatt Builders Ltd, Delhi andGannon Dunkerley Ltd., Mumbai. Prior to this, he was working as Technical Head – Operations and Maintenance at Highway Concessions One Pvt. Ltd. (IDFC Group).
Anup has an M. Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and B.E. (Civil) from B E College, Sibpore (Now IIEST).
Senior Manager – Maintenance
As part of the FHOMT Corporate Team, Sohail co-ordinates all the EPC and major maintenance projects of FHOMT.
Sohail has done his B.Tech from IASU and has over 14 years of experience in Highways and Bridge Construction. Prior to this role, he worked with companies like HCC & IVRCL. His last assignment was with IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd (ITNL) as Manager – Planning, QS & Contracts.
Jayashri Swaminathan has an experience of over 15 years in the logistics industry and has been managing customer relations and operations support. During her tenure at Mahindra Logistics and Leeway Logistics, her role entailed implementation of new operations initiatives, credit management, customer complaint and query management. At Feedback Highways, she supports the implementation of new processes. She also supports the finance team in credit control.
